The R/V "DREAM TOO"
The Dream Too

The “DREAM TOO” is 65 feet long. She was built as a yacht and converted to a live aboard charter vessel. She has full amenities for living on board such as: plenty of hot fresh water, electricity, kitchen, ice, air conditioning, carpeting, comfortable beds, showers, toilets, navigation equipment, safety equipment, first aid equipment, entertainment, scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing gear.

The “Dream Too” is U.S. Coast Guard inspected and certified and is insured as a common transportation carrier for twelve passengers and four crew, Bahamas government inspected and permitted.

The vessel is manned by two licensed captains, a cook and a mate all trained to give the safest and funnest service. Safety is our number one priority, particularly when your in the water. At all times there are two crew on the boat watching, in case anybody has a problem while swimming. There is always one crew in the water with you while swimming.

The “Dream Too” is a sea worthy vessel with anchor stabilizers but occasionally the sea does get rough. The boat can rock & roll, you may have to hold on and take sea sick medicine.

Life on board is informal and comfortable, relax and enjoy no dressing up, no phones, no news, no internet. The kitchen, the toilets, and the whole boat is kept very clean and sanitary. Sleeping is in two spacious cabins, the bow cabin has two doubles and four singles, the side cabin has four singles. The beds are upper/lower bunk style with privacy curtains and reading lights. Luggage space is limited so please pack light. The 2 heads have electric push button toilets, large shower stalls, house hold sinks, mirrors, and outlets.

The salon has the galley on one side and cushioned benches and single chair seating on the other side. There is room for cameras, electrical receptacles, coffee and drink area. There is a 27” TV, VCR, stereo, book and video library and aquarium.

Meals are home style cooking. The food is freshly prepared for you and we will do the dishes. An idea of the food we serve. Breakfast: eggs, bacon, cereal, fruits, toast. Lunch: soup and sandwiches, pizza and salads, taco day etc. Dinner: chicken, beef or fish etc., potatoes, rice, pasta etc., with vegetable and salad. Deserts: ice cream and pie, brownies ect.. Plenty of fruit, nuts, sweets and other snacks for nibbling.

Notify us ahead of time and we can accommodate any special dietary needs.

The back deck has the scuba tanks and fishing equipment. The entrance into the water is a short (2’) jump then climb out on a pool style ladder. There is a fresh water rinse hose. Stairs lead to the upper sun deck. We have big flood lights that shine into the water for night swims or dives.

The upper deck has the dingy ( for rescues or shore excursions ), gear storage boxes, a sundeck for sunbathing, and a covered deck to stay out of the sun with plenty of space for dolphin watching.
